Is Espak International a manufacturer or a trading company?

Espak International is a direct, in-house manufacturer. All manicure, pedicure, and barber instruments are produced at our own facility in Sialkot, Pakistan — not sourced from third parties. We control the full process from raw material through forging, grinding, polishing, and final inspection, with no subcontracted production.

How long has Espak been manufacturing?

Espak International was founded in 1978 and has been manufacturing continuously in Sialkot, Pakistan for over 46 years — in the city internationally recognised as Pakistan’s cutlery and surgical instruments manufacturing hub.

What is Espak’s monthly production capacity?

Espak produces up to 20,000 pieces per month across its manicure, pedicure, barber, and scissor product lines.

What materials are Espak’s instruments made from?

All instruments are manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel.

Typical lead time for a bulk export order is 2–4 weeks after sample approval.

Does Espak provide samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are provided on a paid basis, and the sample cost is refunded once a bulk order is confirmed.

What are Espak’s payment terms?

Payment is by T/T (bank transfer).
